The HeART of Healing: Rename and Reframe

Do you ever feel like anxiety, and living in survival mode is a regular part of existing post-trauma? Setting ourselves up for success is imperative to reducing triggers that throw us into chaotic existence and self-doubt. Renaming and reframing our perception of the physical sensations of stress and anxiety are techniques that can drastically reduce the collateral damage of living in survival mode, or dealing with chronic anxiety.

Thanks Amie for sharing this. I'm a firstborn and definitely a perfection. So I don't like failing and have feared doing so. Now, I know just because things don't work out, it doesn't mean I've failed. Some things are not meant to be, but always learning experiences.
